What is the response time for emails sent to [email protected]?

Original post in this thread

I placed an order a week ago on the old site, received confirmation of payment(Order 22148) but didn't get any confirmation of the order being shipped like I had for previous Ceretropic orders. While the website was down/relaunching the [email protected] email was also unreachable, however once the support email was back up I did send an email a couple of days ago.

I appreciate you guys have your hands full over there with the new website and everything, but I just want to check my order didn't slip through the cracks somehow given I got confirmation of payment but no update re: the shipping of the order. Thanks for all your great work!

Hey, sorry for the delay. We are absolutely swamped right now. I've been fixing all sorts of issues with the new site that did not pop up in our beta.

I do not see a support ticket in our system from you regarding this order. The last email we got from you was 9 days ago, and it was regarding a different order. Can you check your outbox to see if it was actually sent? Order 22148 was from July 2015. So I am sure you are speaking of a different order number.

So I looked into it a little further, and it seems that you had our support create a manual order for you on Nov 5th. That was order 79749. However, that was not paid for, as we only had Bitcoin available at the time. Then you created another order on the site on the 11th of Nov, with an order # of 80576. That one you used our offshore card processor to pay for. That did fall through the cracks. I am setting it to ship out right now. I wrote my warehouse manager to make sure he gets it out in the morning.

The manual order 79749 is still sitting there unpaid. However, what would be the best option now, since we are on our new system, is to just place a new order for those products. Then you can pay for it on the new site directly. You'll have to create a new customer account, but then you'll be able to pay with a card or bitcoin directly on the site.

Sorry for all the confusion. Our MX records getting screwed up right when we were migrating did not help things. We are slowly getting things worked through, though. PM me if you have any other issues, and I will bring it up with my support team.

How long will credit card processing be down for? I've heard it might be down for good. Is this true? And if it is, might we see the return of a number of products?

It might be down for good. I don't know for sure yet. I am working on it, though. We will not be adding any new products without reliable processing. Sad part is that we were about to start releasing some new compounds w

Replying to tidus_the_one · So this is a tested batch, pure and all? Been waiting for god knows how long for it to come back to ceretropic. Is there someone from staff who can confirm it? /u/MisterYouAreSoDum

Yes, I would never sell something that I was not sure was pure. I mean, we were literally out of stock for years. If it's in stock, it means we are sure. It took us a long time to finally get a pure batch again, but this
