I have an issue here too. I'm from Australia but it doesn't give me an option to fill in my state until it's time to pay, it gives me an error saying 'billing state/province required.' and won't let me edit it in at all.

You should be able to edit your state in your saved addresses now. Please let me know if you cannot.

This issue should be fixed now. Please go into your saved addresses, and edit them. You should now see a "state" field in there. If your country has no states, you just need to select "Not Applicable" for the field. Once
