I live in HK, I cannot place my order as i dont have State/Province in my billing address

This issue should be fixed now. Please go into your saved addresses, and edit them. You should now see a "state" field in there. If your country has no states, you just need to select "Not Applicable" for the field. Once you do that, it should clear up any payment errors dealing with the state. Our processor needs some info in the state field for every country, even if your country has no state. So the "Not Applicable" satisfies that requirement.
