L theanine

How does the sublingual oral variant of l theanine compare to the conventional capsulated theanine? Is there a difference in strength per mg? Has anyone used it? How did you like it? I'm ordering a ton of raloxifene but I saw they have this and I may tack it on to help with the anxiety I've been having. Thanks

The liquid L-Theanine absorbs faster and can be taken sublingually. Other than that, it's the same as encapsulated.
