So I know that the Polygala Tenuifolia has come out on ND and maybe some of you have purchased it and tried it. So my question is: what are your thoughts on it, what did you get as result?
There are not many reviews out here so I wanted everyone's opinion!

what are the differences between dopamine effects and NE effects....from what I understand, dopamine creates motivation and focus, what does NE tend to do with respect to this topic?

That's a very complex answer, and one that varies from person to person. However, generally dopamine is more focus/mood related, whereas norepinephrine is more stimulation/energy. That's a very simple explanation, though. In reality, the two mechanisms work together to give the effects people associate with focus and energy. Also, the brain regions DA and NE are activated in drastically affects the various responses.
