After an unfortunate combination of EU customs wait and tracking problems, I, worried about my package going missing, asked ND for help. Not only did they reship my order once but twice. After more than a month, two of the three packages arrived (the reship arrived in about a week) and of course I will be sending them back as an act of respect (as I'm sure they don't need to care about one or two packages).
The reship was inmediate after I issued the problem and their communication was simply perfect. Although I've been using ND and Ceretropic for more than a year now, I keep getting more and more satisfied with them. How can any other shop compete I will never understand.
I also wanted to tell anybody living in northern Spain to not worry about packages going missing. After dozens of international buys, no package has gone missing. Southern Spain might be different though, I don't know (/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb don't stop shipping to my country pls). Anyway...
ND, don't ever change.

I'm glad my team got you taken care of! My support and fulfillment teams are getting absolutely hammered right now. They are really keeping up well, though.
