Since the psychoactive substances bill came into effect, it seems like the general population has just flopped on it's belly and given up. Nobody seems to be using nootropics these days. Is that true?

I've been buying and had no problems, PC sold over 100 orders to UK with no problems, but had to stop cause their credit card supplier flaked on them ( not UK related ). Not sure about Nootropics Depot numbers but they have been selling continuously with no problems. CosmoNootropic (russian noots) also came with no issues.
But as ever things can change, because there are zero issues, doesn't mean it can't change.
Not sure what you mean by general population though, nootropics are very niche market, not many people know about them really beside fleeting words. Students only use modafinil and noopept really, otherwise very few people know much about nootropics.

We ship 5-10 orders there every day. Nothing changed as far as we are concerned. If we start having issues, we'll reevaluate. Till then, the bill might as well not even exist if they don't enforce it.
