Some users have reported impaired short-term memory as a side-effect of Noopept, but apparently it only seems to happen at higher doses. What have you experienced?

/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb could shed some light into the difference of effectiveness between the various ROAs.

The nasal ROA bypasses some of the blood brain barrier, and completely bypasses the GI tract and liver. So you are getting unmetabolized peptide right to the brain. Noopept is rapidly broken down in the GI tract and liver. So oral is going to feel different than sublingual, but sublingual is still going to feel different than nasal. It's actually a pretty profound difference with nasal Noopept. We were just sitting around one day, and my operations manger asked why we never tried a Noopept nasal spray. So we started messing around, and found what concentrations were stable. Then we tried it, and it was way more effective than other ROAs. Pretty cool.
