Nootropics depot tracking and shipping time to EU Bulgaria?

I live in Bulgaria and before 10 days i ordered some noots. I was wondering how to track them. I tried different methods but without success. SHIPMENTS FOR ORDER #162207

When i click on the tracking link nothing happened, just my page refreshes.
Somebody know where to track this? When usually do you receive the packages in EU?

Our "Standard Worldwide Mail" uses UPS Mail Innovations. How that works is we put all standard worldwide mail into bags that get put on a direct UPS truck to Los Angeles. UPS then sorts the packages, puts a new label on them with a new tracking number, and then hands the parcels off to the local postal company of the countries they are going to. So Bulgarian Post takes the package to Bulgaria, clears it through customs, then delivers it to you. When they take the package from UPS, it gets a new tracking number that has more detail on the package once it leaves the US. However, we do not automatically get that tracking number. We get a file on the following Monday with all the tracking numbers for the previous week. So if you email [email protected], and give them your Mail Innovations tracking number, they can give you the local tracking number associated with it. Then you can track it on the Bulgarian Post website.
We are trying to work with UPS to get us the file with everyone's email already associated with the new tracking numbers. Then we will create an program that will email everyone their local tracking number automatically. That way people get their new tracking number quickly, and it does not bog down my support team.
