If something goes wrong with your order do not expect it to be handled well. The support I've gotten from this site has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered 11 weeks ago to Canada still have not received my order. I've sent over 20 emails and support just emails back. They typically do not email back until several days later. Many times they do not email back at all until you email them several times complaining that they are not responding. The last email I send was two days ago in which he said "I'll see if you qualify for a coupon" I responded with:

Yeah, I know it sucks man but I did my part. I can forward you emails we have previously exchanged since 2014, to show I've been a customer since at least 2014. This order is not going to show up, it's almost been three months. There isn't a chance it takes this long, I've never had to wait this long for an order before. Refund or reship. If you reship and the other one shows up I'll buy the second one from you but I don't think waiting any longer is a good idea.
