What has become of the CNTF-based peptide P21?

I know correct synthesis is difficult, ant that some labs that have tried synthesizing it recently have gotten sub-par results, i.e incorrect formulation of the peptide sequence, etc... So has this compound gone off the map for good?

Not really, only that study in rodents that lived up to 54 months, and all the anecdotals reports in Longecity. But I think that is one of the most promising compounds out there.
