I know these are under MYSADs umbrella and I know they're both great, I'm just wondering if there is a difference in the overlapping products.

For example, 125g of phenibut is $33.99 on Ceretropic but it's $27.99 on ND. Is it the same product or is there a difference?

If the product you want is on Nootropics Depot, use that for now. I put a freeze on changes to Ceretropic when we started having our processing issues, and we have a lot more overhead on Ceretropic at the moment. We are going to revise Ceretropic's pricing and offerings very soon, though. Things have not exactly gone as I had planned when we first decided to take over Nootropics Depot.
