Thoughts/suggestion on products that Ceretropic is uncomfortable selling.

If anybody is interested, we could form a co-op/LLC/partnership/inc. to re-market these products. Basically we would purchase stuff from Ceretropic and resell them. I think that I may have a way of getting around Ceretropic's banking problem. Where I live there are a few local banks willing to provide banking services to local State legal cannabis businesses. Financial institutions willing to provide services to the federally illegal Marijuana industry may be more willing to deal with the type of product sold by Ceretropic. Also, I'm not sure about this, but it might be possible to find some kind of work-around using shell or dummy corporations.

Why not split into multiple companies for specific products in order to cut down on the audit-triggering volume?
CereMAX for SEMAX-related compounds.
Ceretropic for other interesting peptides.
CereChem for research chemicals.
Etc.
Would it not be worthwhile in the long-run?

I've thought about it, and it may be something we do. There are a lot of drawbacks to that, too. Plus, some combinations of things set banks off, which don't make sense to normal people. Pretty much all peptides are off-limits to US banks now. Also, things keep changing. Banks keep waffling about on certain things, and will not give me hard answers on what they will and will not allow. It makes it hard for me to fix our issues, or even split things, if I don't know what they won't allow. Then once they deny you, they will not work with you; even if you agree to take down the product they did not like. It's just nuts.
