Thoughts/suggestion on products that Ceretropic is uncomfortable selling.

If anybody is interested, we could form a co-op/LLC/partnership/inc. to re-market these products. Basically we would purchase stuff from Ceretropic and resell them. I think that I may have a way of getting around Ceretropic's banking problem. Where I live there are a few local banks willing to provide banking services to local State legal cannabis businesses. Financial institutions willing to provide services to the federally illegal Marijuana industry may be more willing to deal with the type of product sold by Ceretropic. Also, I'm not sure about this, but it might be possible to find some kind of work-around using shell or dummy corporations.

We already have distributors, and pricing structures all setup. So it would not be hard to do.
The issue with our card processing is that Ceretropic got too large to deal with these issues. I could setup a new company tomorrow, and have processing going. However, the second we started doing Ceretropic volume on it, it would trigger an audit, and we'd be back in the same spot. Card processing for small companies is easy. We are not small anymore. However, now that I am cannibalizing our product line even further, starting with a clean slate sounds kind of nice.
I'm going to do something soon, though. All this BS with card processing is getting old, and it is really difficult on my team.
