As an avid Amazon user, I personally found this to be incredibly useful and thought people here should be aware of this. Particularly the fact that it qualifies for Amazon Prime shipping. I had not seen this posted on this sub yet. If it has, please let me know and I will delete this post.

Yes, they monitor search traffic for things people are looking to buy, and contact the companies that sell them. Amazon did not get to be 60% of all E-Commerce traffic on the internet by not being strategic. I would not even be surprised if they are listening to people's conversations on the Amazon Echo, and adjusting things based on what they hear.
