Sensoril ashwaganda - sleep quality

Anyone have positive experiences with Sensoril and sleep quality taken before bed? From Nootropic Depot's blog, Sensoril is much better for getting restful sleep (maybe it positively influences sleep architecture). KSM-66 is less sedating, but that's what I've been taking for the last couple months with no difference in sleep quality.

Thanks for the explanation. Does that mean that Sensoril is prone to tolerance as are other GABAa agonists? Also, if slow wave sleep is increased, then by definition sleep from another stage(s) must be decreased - would that be REM or stage 1?

Not the same, no. It may have some slight tolerance over time. However, it is not going to be like a benzo.

Not necessarily, as it increases sleep duration as well. So it could be increasing slow wave sleep, and not adversely affecting REM or stage 1. Muscimol is a GABAa agonist, and increases all stages of sleep.
