You'd need 4 of those ON capsules to get 5g, and they are huge.

Those ON capsules are only 1.25g per capsule, and are like horse pills. A 2.5g dose is listed as two capsules. Also, you want to take 5g dosages. So you need to take 4 massive capsules to get that. Plus, it's over double

You can't, really. 5 grams is a lot of powder. Creatine is usually better just to mix in water or a protein shake.
