Semax held in customs in Spain?

I've ordered nootropics online from the US/UK over 10 times with no problems in the past. Of those, I bought semax nasal sprays twice. Now my order (lyophilized semax and bacteriostatic water) seems to be held in Spain according to my tracking information. It's been 10 days already. AFAIK my order is perfectly legal.

Any idea of what may be going on? Any way I can accelerate the process of inspection or whatever? I'll move out of my studying residency in three weeks, should I be worried?

Edit: it arrived correctly. The online tracking showed it sitting somewhere in Brazil for a week. Shipping errors, maybe.

Is that only a ceretropic problem or something related to certain substances? I've bought over 15 items from China, the US and the UK over that period of time. I also have a NootropicsDepot package on my way, I'm hoping everything goes right. Do you know what is happening by any chance? Thanks for offering the reshipment if things don't go through. If you have reasons to think that there might be stealing involved I can try to reach some authorities or the media.

I can check with my customer service on Monday. I think it is mostly Ceretropic orders, though. Not sure if it is specific products, or random. I'll ask my guys on Monday, though. My new customer service manager has created a tracking document for all returned products, what country they were going to, shipping methods, etc. That will allow us to more accurately track when certain countries start having issues, and to pinpoint why.
