I know there is already a thread open on this subject but could you give a full update on when you may be getting it in?
Alot of researchers only use Ceretropic since you seem to be the only one transparent about your chemicals.
Since we cant get MK-677 from you guys (trusted source) can you link or pm a temporary source where i can acquire this compound for my research,.
Thank you.

So we're probably not going to know before the weekend?

Ohh no, we know. You just won't like the answer. It's not pure...
Here is our in-house FTIR comparison of the sample to Sigma.
You can see the peak at 1,740 is gone. So that solvent residue is no longer present. However, we have a feeling they just did an acetone wash of the impure batch. The issue with acetone washes is that your yields go down. So it looks like the lab rushed it, and left a different solvent residue in. Could be acetone, but we don't know for sure.
Here is our in-house HPLC of the new batch.
You can see we were getting about 94% purity. I had hoped it was just our methods not working well with the new solvent residue.
Here is our internal HPLC of the Sigma Aldrich standard.
You can see we are getting 98.3%, which is what Sigma certifies theirs to. So our methods are solid. Even so, I wanted second and third opinions.
Here is the COA from Analytical Labs, a 3rd party lab in California.
They got 95% purity, and were using a UPLC, which is a higher pressure HPLC.
Here is a melting point we had a different 3rd party lab do here in Arizona.
They got wildly different results between the sample and Sigma's standard.
So we have wasted a ton of time, money, and stress on this shit now. Both labs making MK-677 sent us samples, and they both tested the same. The batches are much whiter now, and do not have the solvent residue with a carboxyl group anymore. However, now there is a new solvent impurity left in it... I am not sure how many times I have to yell at these shitty labs for putting out impure products! This is 8 batches now that have been impure. It's getting to the point of being ridiculous.
