have been using aderall, but have been getting unwanted side effects including jitteryness, loss of appetite, teeth grinding, and anxiety. forgot to mention drymouth which is supposedly similar to meth mouth? anyways im looking for something that can stimulate me for studies and in addition give me motivation to study. i noticed adrafinil gives me alertness but no focusness or motivation. have also tried oxyracetams, not really what i was looking for, tho it does have benefits long term i suppose. Not really important, but if theres something great for anxiety i would not mind considering it. I have crazy anxiety issues, from talking to girls, to expressing my opinions and feelings with friends n family

I would suggest KSM-66 ashwagandha for daily use to treat anxiety. It's a good one for regular usage. Then you can use Phenibut for every once in a while, when you need a stronger anxiolytic. That is not one for every day use, though. You might also react well to Aniracetam, as that is more anti-anxiety than Piracetam. All of those are available on our sister site Nootropics Depot.

For motivation and focus, I would try Phenylpiracetam. Also, our Caffeine/NALT would be good to combine with it. Sulbutiamine is another one for some mental energy and focus.

Phenylpiracetam would theoretically metabolize into phenibut, why does nobody ever mention this?

Interesting thought. However, phenylpiracetam is not metabolized in any meaningful amounts, and is excreted mostly unchanged in urine and sweat. Approximately 40% of the dose administered is excreted with urine, and abou

Ceretropic now carries PRL-8-53, IDRA21, noopept, phenylpiracetam, pramiracetam, oxiracetam, phenibut, and aniracetam

I hope you like my last minute descriptions! It was my girlfriend's birthday this weekend, and my brother came into town. So I was a little rushed. Haha

Modafinil vs Ephedrine & Caffeine

I've been on a modified ECA stack for a couple weeks. It's much much more powerful than modafinil, and with fewer side effects. However, I add things in to combat the cardiac stress and vasoconstriction. Here is what mi

Can we have a post for the beginners for understanding NMDA nootropic action?

Replying to [deleted] · What would be the novel cAMP accelerator to take? Can I take it with Phenylpiracetam and Noopept and oxiracetam? (I've actually tried all three at the same time and it was great.

Most people use artichoke extract for cAMP, forskolin for PDE-4 inhibition, then something in increase dopamine like caffeine or PEA. Phenylpiracetam would be good because it will increase dopamine from the PEA structure

Opinions please

Replying to rustinr · Phenibut when they still had it. Was basically a guaranteed good day in powder form. It was nefarious because of that, but if kept to twice a week at most it's fine. Anti anxiety,
