There is absolutely no way they fit 3 grams into two 00 capsules. Not a chance. Also, they are listing magnesium stearate as an active ingredient! It's a flow agent to prevent sticking of the powders to machinery. It's not a damn active form of magnesium. Their whole mixture is a mess.
