Presidents and high end politicians on nootropics?

I've been thinking do you guys think that the President and high level politicians take nootropics regularly or for situations when they need to be awake for days for crisis and such? If they do, do you think they take similar stuff that we take or have better classified ones? Maybe I'm just crazy, but I was just thinking if they do and if they don't why not?
