Nootropics Depot Ashwagandha

Has anybody tried the Nootropics Depot KSM-66 Ashwagandha powder? I've never tried the extract before but I've taken other ashwagandha powders and the taste/look is very different. The ashwagandha powder I had from Powder City tasted bitter and mixed decently with water. The KSM powder from Nootropics Depot tastes almost cheesy? I'm not sure if that's the right word to describe it though. It tastes like nothing more than anything and doesn't mix well with water.

Thank you so much for the detailed reply, I really do appreciate it. It sets my mind at ease. I was just concerned because the only other ashwagandha powder I've tried wasn't an extract, was brownish-green, and tasted bitter.

Yeah, Sensoril is like that. It's dark brown and bitter. It's a more concentrated extract, but does not have the ratios of the natural root. I find Sensoril sedates me too much. KSM-66 kills my anxiety, but I don't get tired. Some people love Sensoril, though. It just depends.
