Has anybody tried the Nootropics Depot KSM-66 Ashwagandha powder? I've never tried the extract before but I've taken other ashwagandha powders and the taste/look is very different. The ashwagandha powder I had from Powder City tasted bitter and mixed decently with water. The KSM powder from Nootropics Depot tastes almost cheesy? I'm not sure if that's the right word to describe it though. It tastes like nothing more than anything and doesn't mix well with water.

300mg is the dosage used in their clinical trials. Some people use 600mg for a stronger effect. Some people can get stomach upset on larger dosages, though. So be aware of that.
