Hi. In some general anticipation of things to come, allow to begin by saying... I love science and would to think of myself as a rational person and most of the time consider myself so. Thus if you so happen to take issue with a claim of mine or think it untrue…
Please, do not hesitate. Throw any and all questions, objections, thoughts… The more the merry. However we are all adults aren’t we? If you wouldn’t mind, and want to be taken seriously, provide evidence backing your assertions.
With that out of the way, and as always an open, skeptical, thoughtful mind…Please enjoy and more importantly
to those who know more on the subject and are willing, I ask …..How can I improve upon my stack?

Thanks a lot for the response !
Would you drop the 5-HTP even if used with other compounds so as to not cause neurotransmitter depletion? http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3415362/
I take it right before bed, since I feel like it makes falling into sleep easier, and I think it benefits the natural replenishing of neurotransmitters during sleep.
I forgot to mention I do blue light therapy, I have 4 LED strips on the ceiling of my room, they are multi colored.

Also, does red light help produce melatonin? Need to do some more googling about this...
Lastly, are there any SARMS you would consider recommending, that are mostly* safe, or are they really just not worth taking? Even with PCT? Anyways, Thank you again for your response, I really appreciate it.
I will be looking into and possibly buying your recommended supplements.

I would. It's very hard to deplete serotonin levels that much. Also, if you really are depleting your 5-HT levels, you should figure out why. Usually it's due to down-regulation of your tryptophan hydroxylase enzyme. Bacopa can up-regulate that.
No, red light does not increase melatonin. Blue light prevents melatonin. So you want to avoid that at night. Darkness is the best for that.
SARMs are very powerful compounds. Definitely do your research on them. My favorite is LGD-4033.
