PRL-8-53 sources, etc

Who are the recommended vendors for PRL-8-53?
I know that Newstar carries it, but I just noticed one of those 'caution' posts (not sure how that was resolved). I have never dealt with them, so I'm not sure about their QC.
ND/Ceretropic carry it--presumably the same, right? I'd have faith in the quality, but the prices are a lot higher than when I used to buy it from the old ND.
And PowderCity has discontinued it.
Anyone else?
Are there any coupon codes that would help with ND/Ceretropic?
I'd also love to hear opinions on anything that is possibly synergistic. I had heard something about IDRA-21 (which I have never tried). Any other thoughts?
I haven't been here for a while. Nice to see that most are still around.

No aspersions on Star. I had just read something here about Star's PRL smelling like solvent, but perhaps they were just unfamiliar with its normal aroma. :-)
Glad you checked in though, cause I probably will buy from ND. I was also going to pick up some IDRA-21. Is it available via ND, or just Ceretropic? Ideas for anything else possibly synergistic with PRL- ?

The initial synths of PRL last year did have solvent residue on them. However, that should have since been rectified. I rejected a couple batches with solvent in them. The HPLC would not have picked them up, depending on the methods used. If your mobile phase in the HPLC methods are the same solvent that is left as a residue, you won't see it. Our FTIR picks them up, though.
IDRA-21 is only on Ceretropic at the moment. I personally like combining Unifiram with PRL.
