/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb about a year ago you posted:
"There is not a lot of data out there about cycling in healthy people. The same goes for noopept. I have pretty much all the studies on SEMAX that have been released. None of them go into long-term supplementation in healthy humans. So we can only go off anecdotes for now. Since I am probably the person that has used SEMAX the most at the moment, I supposed that would be me.
Some people think that supplements that increase BDNF levels should be cycled, so as to ensure there is no BDNF receptor down-regulation. However, others have remained on BDNF supplements without cycling for long periods, and have not had any noticeable issues. I would say either do cycling in the week, where you take weekends off. Or take one week off every couple months. The 2 weeks on, two weeks off, cycles does not make sense to me."
There are any new information out there? Could you tell something about your experience since your last post?

There have been no reports of anyone on long-term use of either Selank or Noopept building tolerance or having issues. There is still no scientific data on long-term use in healthy people. However, the anecdotes have all consistently been that there is no real tolerance, and that the effects build over time.
