Russian vs. Chinese Semax

Recently I've purchased Semax from two different suppliers. The one on Amazon is directly from Russia and takes a ungodly amount of time to ship. The other is from Ceretropic. I contacted them and said all their semax comes from China, but is quality tested here in the US for purity. I've found that the Russian seams is noticeably more potent (even though the same dose). Makes me think the semax from China is total crap. Anyone have additional thoughts/insights?

I have to purchase another Russian bottle to test. I set the one I had in the lab, then it got lost when they moved our equipment to start renovations on our clean room. Then shit hit the fan, and I forgot. These damn renovations were supposed to be done months ago. However, the city of Tempe is notorious for dragging their feet on plan approvals. They denied our application a while back because there was a period after INC in our name. They did not even tell us they denied it. We had to call and ask what was taking so long. Then they denied the plans 4 more times after that for stupid shit. I had to install a drinking fountain in my warehouse, because the Sparkletts water machine does not count as a water source to the city. Nobody is going to drink the shitty city water from it! It's just going to sit there... They just approved everything last week, though. So we are nearing the end of at least one headache.
I'll order some Russian Semax from Awake Brain to test. Thanks for reminding me!
