If you were interviewed by media on Nootropics, what would you be cautious about?

Let's admit it. It's inevitable to get the media's nose out of this industry and it's best for them to interview the better, more educated users than those that are reckless. I may have an opportunity to get interviewed by the media on this matter and am unsure if I will proceed, but if I do I would like the communities input on how I should go through with it. Let this serve as a guide for other members who may come in contact with the media also. NOTE: I made very clear that I want nothing to do with a negative angle on Nootropics users and that this community is among the most educated of people in the world.
UPDATE: I have declined interview and thanked MTV for the opportunity last night. No response since! The person I talked to was definitely nice over the phone, but didn't return my email, yet!

They might even stitch scenes together to completely alter your wording
Had this happen to a friend. He is an expert on a very specific piece of history and was interviewed for a show on History Channel. He gave a multi-hour long interview on it, and they edited it down to a half-hour show and butchered what he said so much it changed the conclusion/point of his research 180 degrees.
Not a thing he could do about it.

Was he an expert in like civil war battles, and they made it into a story about aliens? Because that would not surprise me.
History Channel presents: Aliens of the Civil War. Do you know why the south lost? The answer will shock you!
