Would it be contraindicated with Selegiline due to MAOI properties, or would it be negligible? My understanding is that MB inhibits MAO-A; my selegiline dose is within limits to be selective for MAO-B, but I'm curious as to whether the addition of MB and MAO-A inhibition is excessive and if it would require a tyramine deficient diet to avoid the cheese effect.

I would play it safe. However, low Selegiline dosages should be limited to MAO-B. It's the higher dosages that start affecting MAO-A.
