Dropper bottles with graduated droppers, where do Ceretropic get them?

Volumetric dosing is an extremely effective way to accurately measure out doses. While it can easily be done with a HDPE bottle and a 1ml syringe it is easier to do with the type of bottles Ceretropic uses since they have graduated droppers (at least some do, I have such a bottle that their Caffeine/NALT solution came in for example).
I have tried to source such bottles myself but since I guess empty dropper bottles (esp. with graduated droppers) are a B2B product they were difficult to find on eBay/Amazon/AliExpress at reasonable prices. Since I believe 0.1ml ticks are a must that further complicates things (I've found ones with 0.25ml ticks).
So my question is:
Where do they get them and how could I get them?
Alternatively:
How do you store and measure out your solutions in a smart way?

Bonus karma: I would also prefer clear glass bottles rather than blue-tinted (easier to see solute stays in solution, color of solution, etc.), but that's not as important.

We had them custom made for us by a factory in China. We went through a few versions before we worked out all the kinks. Then we got 180,000 of them in a 40 foot container on a ship, which then got caught up in the port dispute last year, and resulted in many a headache. Now we have ~13 pallets of them sitting in our warehouse. It took me a year of work to make them a reality. I could not believe nobody in the US was selling acceptable bottles.
My contact at the factory send me pictures of herself, and strange emojis on Skype, every couple weeks. Her last message to me, I shit you not, was "I'm a monkey, hehehe."
