Hydrafinil report

(age 23, male); dose ranging <20mg to >200mg
There may be some initial stimulation but probably placebo.
Lower doses yield pretty much no effect. As I increased the dose (~50-75 mg) a slight dull headache was produced. This got proportionally worse as the dose increased. Effectively killing my concentration and made me lethargic. The headache was pretty consistent and lasted about 2-3 hours or until I took a nap. Skip a day and dont take it-> no headache.
Nothing positive to say about this molecule.
The tricyclic structure, and lack of sulfinyl/ amide moiety makes me wonder how this can be sold as a '-finil'. Its more closely related to solvents.
I realize drugs effect everyone slightly differently, but I would just like to add to the pile my experience with hydrafinil.
EDIT: I should note that many people do respond positively to this drug (~50% reportedly), although it adversely affected me, it was only temporary, and you may very well benefit from experimenting with it if you are one of the lucky ones.

I dont want to completely disparage this compound. Its entirely possible I have a unique idiopathic effect from it. Others have had success.

It's about 50/50 with people's reaction to it. Some people absolutely love it, while others feel nothing. Your reaction is not unique by any means. It's just a compound with extremely variable effects in different people.
