Buying nootropics with Paypal

So it seems like a lot of vendors dropped support for Paypal :(
I'd rather keep using Paypal if I can, and have used Powder City in the past, but am open to trying new places if I can continue to use Paypal.
After having an incident with credit card fraud I'm kind of paranoid about havnig my credit card stored with random companies, and I have credit stored in my Paypal account.
As multiple vendors seemed to drop Paypal recently, have any of them had luck trying to convince Paypal to allow them to sell nootropics?

Paypal is a horrible company, and I will strip naked and joyously dance in the streets the day they go out of business. I guarantee you ask any of the other owners of nootropics sites out there, and they will join me in that naked street dance. I bet I could get thousands of people to go on this dance with me. Paypal screws over vendors they do business with. Paypal will never again allow nootropics. They have made that abundantly clear.
I will say that many vendors never store credit card information. It is used during the checkout session, then destroyed. We never even see it. Only our gateway does. We can only see the last 4 of the number. It's less stress on us that way, and safer for your data.
