I was hoping the Chinese processor wouldn't be permanent. My CC company was fine with it, but the interface isn't great compared to most.

It's not permanent. There was a miscommunication at our new US bank, and that caused a delay. The president of the bank told me this morning that he would make sure everything was taken care of Monday. So we should be back to a US processor very soon. Everything just takes so much longer than everyone estimates.
It's been 2 months now from the morning I got the call about losing our processing. 2 months! It's not for lack of trying either. We got denied by over 20 banks before now. There was a point where myself, my operations manger, and my accounting manager were all on calls with different banks at the same time, trying to get setup. The banking environment right now is not conducive to the Nootropics market.
