Whats going on at Ceretropic? All nasal sprays are gone

All sprays have been pulled at Ceretropic. Message at the top of the website says this "Credit card processing is currently down while we move our peptide offerings to a different site. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Any one know exactly what is going on? Will they no longer offer sprays?

If a competitor is trying to do this to you, that's super screwed up, and if you ever find out who it is, you might need to discuss economic-interference and other business torts with your attorneys. Those are tough legal theories to recover anything under, but at the very least, you can get your lawyers to draft a nastygram that will hopefully deter future shenanigans. Or, perhaps you can file an actual claim to catalyze a settlement under which you can get your competitor to agree to not do stuff like this, which you might be able to enforce later in court with an injunction. Either way, sometimes scaring people off by letting them know you're serious enough to resort to process of law is worth the investment in initial legal fees.

I'm glad you put the peptides back up. I was just about to place a decent-sized order for your new epitalon offering and your semax sampler pack, and a few other things. I've been holding off on an order hoping that your N-acetyl selank amidate would be up soon, so that I could combine refrigerated shipping, but my current peptide supply has dried up, and I need me some more semax and selank stat. Any idea when the latest selank will be up?

I've met with our lawyer multiple times about it. He actually scares me. I would not want to be on the other side of him when he gets serious. I also met with some other patent attorneys yesterday, and they used to work with our main business lawyer. At the end of our meeting one of them says to me: "Joe is a scary dude. You definitely want him on your side when things go down." If someone is in fact behind this, trying to make trouble for us, they better be prepared for every legal recourse. I am not going to jump to any conclusions. However, I am also not going to just sit back and take it.

We have the NA-Selank Amidate in right now. I just have not wanted to put it up amid all these payment issues.

I agree. It's fucked up. Trust me, I had to shut my fucking company down because of this. Ceretropic is no more because of the bullshit in this country. So nobody is more frustrated than me. I fought for years for this.
