A lot less time (~30 days). So you want to mix it right when you start your cycle, then use it within 30 days.

Nasal spray kits, yes. It is not as stable as the other peptides in solution. So the kits will let you mix them at home, and keep them potent.

Yes, you can spell it either way. It's a UK English vs US English kind of thing; similar to aluminum/aluminium. It is also spelled enkephaline or encephaline in some instances.
