TL;DR: Took test below, which I was very familiar with and had taken many times before, having first found the site years ago, and had consistently reached the same ceiling, the same upper limit, before this. Multiple trials, last most effective using technique described below. And this:
It's possible that the effects, the "true" effects, ones that have been overlooked, haven't been noted by many people or to the extent they could have because they've only been attempting to quantify gains by using very basic short term memory, memory span, tests, digit span being the standard. There are multiple types of memory and some skills/tests than involve memory significantly, but not exclusively.
Nasal spray technique:
>PRL-8-53 smarts and feels terrible for the sinuses, so I decided to microwave some water in a glass vial until boiling to sterilize it, added around 1/2-1mg potassium metabisulfite beforehand to remove the chloramine (used here instead of chlorine), let it cool a bit, then mixed .2ml/20 units along with 15mg PRL and a bit of sea salt because saline solution is less irritating to the sinuses as it's closer to the composition of the nasal mucous, used my insulin syringe…
