I think I permanently changed my brain.

I am 19 years old.
I used moda a lot during the month before exams, like 300-400 mg per day. This has happened twice, so two month where I was completely hopped up on it. And for 4 days during exams taking doses 600 mg with almost little to no sleep at all.
Now, looking at studies and a basic general rule that you shouldn't use psychoactive substances before you hit 25, I'm thinking if it was really the right thing to do.
Should I go to a doctor? Or is this just me mindfucking myself into thinking I changed it? I have a decrease in working memory and I sometimes forget why I entered a room or even start looking for things which are right in my hand, I get panic attacks when having dinner at night, my heart rate spike 100-110 for no discernible reason, my resting heart rate is sub 75.

Should I go to a doctor? If so, which kind?

We don't ban people for posting Modafinil questions. At most we just delete the thread, and tell them to move it to /r/afinil.
Make a post about it in /r/afinil. If you don't get a good response there, we can consider allowing it on /r/nootropics. If you wanted to post directly there, make it more general about people having long-lasting brain changes from certain compounds. Obviously talk about your experience, but make it so that it might become a larger discussion about how certain things can cause lasting changes, and the mechanisms behind it.
