I have been struggling with pretty bad emotional stability for a long time now. Spent lots of time alone as a child/teenager which has affected my personality severely. Doctors believe me to have some form of bipolar disorder. It's very difficult to make plans with people because I cannot predict when I'll be up/down/steady. I often live inside of my head, which sometimes makes it difficult to go out and socialize i.e. get out of my head! Might be worth noting that I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child. Definitely deficient in dopamine.
I work hard labor, usually outside in the heat, so although I can use work performance as a gauge for a noot's effectiveness the effects of the heat can cover up some noots' subjective effects. One thing I noticed when initially starting NA-S-A (3 sprays) was a distinct clearheadedness. My patience at work increased and I was able to take on the tasks without thinking about it too much.
After about 3-4 days into NA-S-A I began to notice that it was becoming more effective and noticeable. Aside from the immediate subjective effects I noticed that I was less likely to dwell in my "down" periods, and during my "up" periods I was less likely to break…

We're still in the destruction phase, because we are waiting for permits from the city to begin construction.
Wall opening for lab expansion
Inside of new lab expansion Our current lab is in the next suite over. So the right-hand wall will open up too, and an expansion will be made into the warehouse area.
New FDA approved sealed laminate ceiling tiles The lab is getting its own AC and air filtration unit, and being kept under positive pressure.
Warehouse storage with 5,000 custom made 1kg jars We've got 20 or so more pallets coming, with 180,000 new dropper bottles, and 60,000 custom boxes for us. We're going to need more space already!
The start of the opening between the loading docks of each suite
Other side of opening It will be 10x10 when done, with vinyl strip curtains between the two docks.
Flammable containment cabinet that will be in the lab We have to use flammable solvents in the HPLC, and have ethanol for some solutions. So we need to have special cabinets.
HPLC and solvents sitting all sad in its temporary corner
Looking into the storeroom from the production room Still lots of moving around happening.
Production room in shambles while moving things This room will contain 8 stainless steel production stations, powder sifting machine, powder filling auger with powder lift (like a little elevated conveyor belt), and various other powder processing equipment.
We setup a little couch area in the entry of the second suite. I've interviewed 15 honors students from ASU here in the past 3 days. I am hiring 8 of them to work in the production lab. All of them are chemistry, biomedical engineering, or pharmacology majors. One is finishing her masters in biomedical engineering. She is going to be an awesome addition to the team!
So yeah, those are the main areas that are getting worked on. The rest of the space is operating fairly normally, albeit cramped. We are opening another wall up front, to connect the office portion of the facility to the offices on the other side. That way we don't have to walk through the lab or warehouse to get to the breakroom. We are also putting a shower in on the other side, so we can rinse off if there is a spill in the lab. More importantly, it's so I can bike into work, then shower when I get here! Haha.
