Magnesium, B complex, NAC, Electrolytes, and water. I sometimes put some Emoxypine in the stack as well.

I have a big bag of it at home. I use it sometimes. It certainly works for hangovers. However, the dosage/response curve is tricky to get down. Take too much and you feel strange.
