Have epilepsy, on AED's, looking for stack advice given my neurological circumstance.

I currently take levetiracetam (Keppra) and lamotrigine (Lamictal) to treat my focal epilepsy. Both of these drugs down-regulate glutamate, so using a nootropic that positively modulates glutamate probably isn't such a good idea. The main issue I am trying to overcome is the lack of alertness and memory issues. It would be nice to counteract that as well as add some nootropic benefits.

Talking to one of the long-time experienced moderators of a nootropics site here, I was offered the following possibilities since these wouldn't affect glutamate: "Rhodiola is a good stimulating adaptogen. Ashwagandha is an anxiolytic adaptogen. Centrophenoxine is a more potent form of DMAE. L-Theanine is an anxiolytic amino acid. Emoxypine is a powerful antioxidant, and modulates the GABA system. Selank is an anxiolytic peptide, with nootropic qualities."

So, I would like to know if anyone has advice on how to stack these. Please don't leave a comment such as, "You should just stay away from nootropics altogether because you have a neurological disease." I'm looking for advice from someone who can actually offer it given my situation, taking into consideration the drugs I am already on. And…

OK, cool, vitamin D3 and a B complex are a go. (I get the 100 B complex at Trader Joe's...just pointing this out in case there is anything wrong with how certain companies produce vitamins).

I have not heard anything bad about Trader Joe's vitamins.

NMN - Worth the money?

Every batch of NMN I have tested over the last year has either been fake, very impure, or full of arsenic. Pure NMN would be worth the money. I have not found it yet.

If you are seeing good results with 750mg, why is the hell would you want to take 4-6 grams?!? Why does everyone want to megadose everything? There is a dose/response curve with all drugs. Some are more pronounced than o
