Just ordered Phenylpiracetam for the first time, have couple of questions

Hey, since other guy didn't answer my last question to him, I'd appreciate hearing from you. He said to take 100mg, if nothing then double it next day. Can't I just take another 100mg if I feel nothing an hour later?

And is it safe to drink alcohol? Like, say, I took 200mg at 12pm (I know it's best to take in the morning, but that's when I'm getting it today and I'd really like to check out what it's like lol,) and am having friends over at 6pm, can I drink by then?

A lot of people take 200mg as their go-to dose. So you can certainly take another 100mg if you don't feel it.

There are no real interactions with alcohol. And 6 hours should be enough time in between. Some people even take phenyl and alcohol together. I don't recommend it. However, it does not seem to be that harmful.
