I built a tool to tag, cite and cross-reference substances

I’ve been reading so much about the different substances mentioned in this subreddit and the learning doesn’t seem to end.

Some day substance A would be compared with substance B with positive and negative anecdotes, and on another day, substance A would be likened to substance C with dosage and duration mentioned along with contraindications.

I thought to myself: Wouldn’t it be interesting if I can tag every interesting anecdote for better future cross-referencing?

So I went ahead and built a tool for collecting different anecdotes and relevant information around the web and supercharge it with some tagging.

I call the app Resnip. Rather than just saving plain text, it allows you to dive directly to your selected text right in the middle of the original webpage, so anyone can read it with context, here’s a demo:
