Semax reconstitution questions

I bought a vial of ceretropic's lyophillized na semax powder. I'm looking to reconstitute it for use as a nasal spray using an empty semax spray bottle. Do I use ceretropic's bacteriostatic water for this or should I pick up some deionized water from elsewhere? I've read differing opinions on which is best to use.

Deionized water will make the solution a bit more stable. However, the bacteriostatic water should work fine too. Many people have done it that way without issues.
