Vinpocetine for nasal inflammation/sinus relief/allergies?

I have a bottle and never took it regularly, but randomly decided to pop one this morning. Note: I also took 200mg caffeine and 10mg xr Adderall.

This morning I noticed for the first time vinpocetine made it a hell of a lot easier to breathe through my nose. I know stims can help in this regard, but this definitely feels like extra relief. My nasal inflammation (not sure the proper term) has been extra bad recently and right now is the best its felt in a while. And it went from bad to clearly improved in what felt like minutes.

I did some research and also found some anecdotes regarding this effect, but I'm curious if anyone else uses vinpocetine for sinus relief or allergies or anything similar and if you have any scientific resources about it.
