Legal status of substances?

Hi everyone.
I have been searching but i just could not find.
I want to know what the legals statuses are from nootropics etc.
I recently (yesterday) ordered Tianeptine. mostly for my depression and ocd.
The fact is, whenever i find out something is illegal my own morals and my (ocd) will not allow me to take them. even if they would benefit me, i would not be able to take them. I would feel very guilty towards society, government, and my employer.
So can anyone help me out with a website or whatever that gives the legal statuses of substances in different regions?
I live in the Netherlands btw (europe)

So? it's his own morals, his choice. Just like how some people think coveting their neighbors Ox is one of the ten worst things you can do yet that is not illegal (unless you go Grand theft Ox).
It's not illegal but not prescribed to you to take so therefore you should not have it, but it is not against the law for you to have it. So run that through and make your own call.
