About how many drops of Ceretropic memantine solution per 5 mg of memantine?

I'm wondering how to dose out 5 mg of Ceretropic's memantine solution (10 mg/0.5 mL)
Should I just do a trial of counting out the number of drops in 0.5 mL a few times and then average that number and half it?

The way the dropper is marked, it looks as if the lowest mark would be 0.3 mL because the increments on the dropper appear to be 0.1 mL increments and there are only 2 dashes below the 0.5 mL line. Yes, it's not far from 0.25 mL, but that's why I was asking.

Ahh yes, that would be .3ml at the lowest mark. I thought there were only 3 marks between each. It is about 8 drops to get 5mg. I just tested it.
