/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, look! The doors beyond P21 that were once closed and locked are now open! Synthetic, cerebrolysin...... it's still far from reality but....one day... hopefully! Do any of them look viable?

This would be quite an endevour should anyone create this. It would allow for SubQ administration, feasible intranasal delivery, and more viable IV administration as the contents could be made far more concentrated and not polluted by the vitamins and shit the maker of porcine cerebrolysin, EVER neuropharmacy, is so apt to include. Prion free too!

That is a pre-print abstract. There are no sequences mentioned. They only state:

we identified 638 unique peptides in an Internet-obtained Cerebrolysin sample.

Even if I had the full paper, it would take me a ton of time to sift through all 638 peptides. However, you can bet I am going to read the whole paper once it is available, and see what I can glean from it. I think the epitope mapping done on the P21 study was the most efficient way to reach a specific sequence. This study will fill in a lot of holes, though.

IT'S HERE!!!! P21

Replying to janowski_d · u/MisterYouAreSoDumb any chance you can describe P21 and Orexin-A and how they affect you? I know basics of them, but still info is quite spare. Is Orexin-a worth trying on top o

Here's the thing, I want to avoid giving my own anecdotes for a bit, to prevent confirmation bias. I don't want people seeing how I react, then convincing themselves they react the same way. I want people to try it thems

Anyone experimented with THT's CNTF fragment 147-150?

No!!!! You can't just say, "Ohh, the active sequence in P21 is DGGL, so let's just sell powdered DGGL!" Pharmacodynamics do not work like that! That would be like saying, "Ohh dopamine is good. Let's sell powdered dopami

[High Risk] Has anybody tried P21 yet? It's supposed to be a better version of Cerebrolysin.

Replying to FW900 · Probably safer than Cerebrolysin. No concerns over prions, less risk injecting it subcutaneously vs IM or IV, not loaded with vitamins. This would be perfect to have as a spray bo

Damn guys, I just put it up on the site last night. There is already a post about it? Haha. I am only on my second dose of it. It's very hard to convert the rat dosages in the study to human dosages, because they never

Cerebrolysin vs p21.. anyone tried both can comment on difference in effectiveness?

Replying to Jackolysis · Not really enchanced it's more of a see below.

It was enchanted by a woodland fairy. No, it was based off the mechanism of Cerebrolysin. They found out CNTF mediated the neurogenetive effects of Cerebrolysin, then used epitope mapping to find the most potent sequenc

You are looking at the wrong P21. There are two compounds commonly referred to as P21.

Tianeptine abusers- Another reason your misuse may affect responsible consumers
