I seem to notice when i exercise for one hour or more (especially intensely), then after exercise my vision seems to be more sharp and colors are slightly more saturated. What gives, is this bdnf causing brain changes or what? What exercise would be best cost ratio of injury vs bdnf rise (i've already got a lot of running injuries...)

Yeah, i mostly switched to cycling now, it's not bad, the rush is there, but only when riding a bike in some hardcore places like a highway.

Start mountain biking. There is no better workout than riding a 45lb downhill bike uphill, then bombing down the hill at 30mph, on the edge of killing yourself. God I miss biking!
