Received an unexpected and peculiar package from team TLR...

So yesterday I received an unexpected package from Team TLR. Knowing that they recently got caught selling fraudulent products, I assumed that maybe they were sending out free samples of things to win back some of their customer base. However, what was inside the package had me scratching my head. They sent me a bag of empty vials.

I don't really know what to make of this. Has anyone else received random packages from them?

I looked around for some info on ghk-cu but epigenetics is not really my forte. If it is this ghk-cu what is it supposed to be for?
